Terms of Service

Welcome to MyTipMe, a voluntary tipping platform where fans can financially support verified creators. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“User,” “Creator,” or “you”) and MyTipMe Ltd (“MyTipMe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the platform, you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use MyTipMe.

Platform Overview

MyTipMe facilitates voluntary, one-time tips from fans to verified creators.
Tips are not payments for goods, services, content, or digital access.
MyTipMe does not host or manage any content.
Tips must be given for a good or service that has already been provided
All tips are final and non-refundable.
Creators receive 100% of the tip amount.
Fans pay a 20% platform service fee at checkout.

Eligibility and Access

Creators must be 18+, reside in a supported country, and pass full KYC/AML verification via Stripe. You must accept these Terms and any future updates. MyTipMe may revoke access if eligibility requirements are no longer met.

Creator Platform Agreement

Independent Status: Creators are independent users. MyTipMe is not your agent, employer, or manager.

Content and Linking Policy

You may link only to approved platforms: Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Kick.

Tip Earnings and Platform Fees

Creators receive 100% of tips.
Fans pay a 20% platform fee, funding moderation and compliance.
Tips are voluntary and not payment for content.
All tips are processed by third-party payment providers.
Creators must keep payout info accurate and current.

Adult Content Enforcement

MyTipMe does not host or publish adult content and is not subject to 18 U.S.C. § 2257. We enforce zero-tolerance moderation—including AWS Rekognition and manual review. Any attempt to include or link to adult or explicit content will result in immediate termination of your account, platform removal, and forfeiture of pending payouts.

Prohibited Conduct

Uploading explicit content or linking to adult sites.
Selling content, goods, or services.
Evading verification or moderation.
Impersonation, harassment, fraud, scams, or illegal activity.

Suspension and Termination

MyTipMe may suspend or terminate your account if you fail KYC/AML via Stripe, violate policies, provide fraudulent data, or breach these Terms. Pending payouts may be held or forfeited if fraud is suspected.

Payments, Fees & Refunds

Tips are processed via trusted providers. MyTipMe does not store payment data.
A 20% service fee is added at checkout.
All tips are final and non-refundable.
Chargebacks and disputes are handled by Stripe via Stripe’s dispute/chargeback process; final decisions are made by Stripe/card networks and issuing banks and may result in payout holds or account action.

Payout Schedule

First payout occurs within 14 days of account approval and tip activity. Subsequent payouts are processed within 3 business days.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, MyTipMe is not responsible for payment processor issues, external content, earnings, or platform uptime.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify MyTipMe and its affiliates from claims arising from your platform use, content, or violations.

Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes must be filed in courts located there.

Complaints and Appeals

You may appeal moderation decisions by contacting info@mytipme.co. Abusive or repeated appeals may be ignored.

Changes to These Terms

Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use confirms acceptance of revisions.
