Do I need an account to tip a creator?

 

No.

Fans can tip without creating an account.

Payments are processed securely by our verified payment partners.

 

 

What payment methods are accepted?

 

We accept most major payment methods, including:

    •    Credit and debit cards

    •    Regional/local payment options (availability may vary by country)

 

All transactions are processed securely by our verified payment providers.

 

 

Are tips refundable?

 

All tips are final and non-refundable.

Fans understand and accept that tips are voluntary and cannot be reversed, refunded, or canceled once processed.

 

 

How does MyTipMe handle chargebacks?

 

If a fan files a chargeback or dispute:

    •    MyTipMe will submit supporting evidence to the payment provider to contest the claim.

    •    If the dispute is upheld and a refund is forced by the provider, the refunded amount will be deducted from the creator’s pending or future payouts.

    •    Creators are responsible for any chargebacks or losses caused by disputes.

 

Suspicious, repeated, or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

 

 

When do creators receive their payouts?

 

First payment:

Creators will receive their first payout within 14 days of receiving their first tip, to allow for platform security checks.

 

Ongoing payouts:

After the first payout, creators will receive payouts within 3 business days of submitting a payout request.

 

 

What payout methods are available for creators?

 

Payout options vary by country but typically include:

    •    Direct transfer to a verified bank or e-wallet account

    •    USD-only payouts

 

All creators must complete KYC/AML verification before payouts are enabled.

 

 

What currency are transactions processed in?

 

All tips and payouts are processed in United States Dollars (USD).

If your bank account uses a different currency, conversion fees may apply.

 

 

Can creators offer goods, services, or content in exchange for tips?

    •    Any pending payouts will be canceled.

 

 

Can I download my data before deleting my account?
