MyTipMe is committed to the highest standards of ethical conduct and compliance with international human rights laws, including the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, the U.S. Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA), and all applicable anti-slavery and anti-human trafficking legislation.

 

This policy sets out our zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, human trafficking, and exploitation within any part of our business or the activity of users on the platform.

 

 

Our Platform and Risk Profile

 

MyTipMe is a voluntary tipping platform that allows fans to send monetary support to creators. We do not host or distribute content, and we do not provide tools for content uploads or direct messaging. While the risk of slavery or trafficking through digital tipping is low, we take all reasonable steps to prevent any form of exploitation from being facilitated on our platform.

 

 

Creator Verification and KYC Compliance

 

We require all creators to undergo strict identity verification and pass full Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks before they are permitted to use the platform, create profiles, or receive tips.

 

Creators who fail verification are denied access entirely, with no ability to create or retain an account.

 

 

Prohibited Use and Enforcement

 

The following activities are explicitly prohibited on MyTipMe:

    •    Use of the platform to promote, fund, or facilitate human trafficking, forced labor, or sexual exploitation.

    •    Creation of accounts for third parties or use of false or stolen identities.

    •    External linking to sites that are known to promote or tolerate human exploitation.

 

We monitor user activity and linked content using automated AI moderation systems and manual reviews, and reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any user account involved in, or suspected of, trafficking or exploitation.

 

 

Reporting and Escalation

 

We encourage users and the public to report any concerns or suspicions of exploitation involving creators or users on the platform.

All reports are reviewed by our compliance team and, where necessary, referred to appropriate authorities or law enforcement.
