Content Scope and Platform Classification

 

MyTipMe is a voluntary tipping platform that enables users to financially support verified creators. MyTipMe does not host, publish, store, or distribute any sexually explicit visual content, as defined under 18 U.S.C. § 2256.

 

All user-uploaded media is limited strictly to profile and header images, and is subject to automated content moderation tools that detect and reject any nudity or sexually explicit imagery.

 

As MyTipMe does not produce or display explicit content, the platform is not classified as a primary or secondary producer under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 or 28 C.F.R. 75.

 

 

Voluntary Enforcement of 2257 Principles

 

Although MyTipMe is not legally obligated to maintain records under 18 U.S.C. § 2257, we voluntarily enforce 2257-aligned safeguards to ensure lawful operation and protect users and payment partners. These include:

    •    Mandatory identity verification (KYC) for all creators, age 18+

    •    Strict content restrictions prohibiting nudity, pornography, or any explicit imagery

    •    Real-time AI moderation of profile uploads

    •    Monitoring and enforcement of creator compliance with platform rules and applicable law

 

 

External Link Policy

 

To maintain platform integrity and payment processor compliance, MyTipMe does not permit creators to post direct links to adult websites or content platforms such as OnlyFans, Fansly, or similar services.

 

Creators may only link to approved mainstream platforms, including:

    •    Facebook

    •    Instagram

    •    X (formerly Twitter)

    •    TikTok

    •    YouTube

    •    Twitch

    •    Kick

 

All other external links are blocked by the system. Attempts to bypass this restriction may result in account suspension or termination.

 

 

Reporting and Violations

 

MyTipMe maintains a zero-tolerance policy for:

    •    Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

    •    Non-consensual content

    •    Sexually explicit material in violation of platform rules

    •    Attempts to circumvent platform restrictions

Flagged accounts are reviewed immediately and may be suspended or permanently removed.
